The No. 1 ranked UNC women's tennis team defeated No. 20 Virginia 4-1 at the Virginia Tennis Complex at the Boar's Head Sports Club. The Cavaliers took the early 1-0 lead, taking the doubles point with a 6-3 win. UNC won the match 4-1 behind the first and third set victories for No. 7 , defeating Virginia's Elaine Chervinsky 6-3,1-6, 6-2. (GoHeels.com)
