Bruce Carter a Difference Make for Tar Heels

Most teams go through an entire season without blocking a punt. That's because most teams don't have Bruce Carter. North Carolina does. And he's a big reason the Tar Heels are 4-1 and have a realistic chance of winning the ACC title. Carter, a sophomore linebacker, ranks fourth on the team in tackles with 27, and he's also returned an interception 66 yards for a touchdown. But he's really distinguished himself as a punter's worst nightmare.
