UNC Basketball commit Drake Powell is one of the biggest risers in the 247Sports rankings update for the Class of 2024 released Thursday. The 6-foot-6 future Tar Heel at Pittsboro (N.C.) Northwood is now the No. 19-ranked recruit in the nation -- and a 5-star prospect -- having climbed 37 spots. "He jumped 37 spots because he jumped in his development." (Inside Carolina)
