Former UNC quarterback Sam Howell sat in the front row of the Washington Commanders’ meeting room to get his first glimpse of his future. New offensive coordinator Eric Bieniemy gave an impassioned speech outlining his plan for Washington’s offense — an offense Howell could lead. "The kid is a dynamic football player," Bieniemy said.
