UNC still has a chance to make the NCAA Tournament, but it is slim. The NCAA Evaluation Tool (NET), implemented more than 10 years ago, is the most publicized criterion for at-large bids to the NCAA tourney due to its confusing Quad system of wins and losses home and away and at neutral sites.
