Tar Heels Take First ACC Tournament Step In Blowout Win Over Boston College

If North Carolina is to make a run in this ACC Tournament, there had to be a first step. And that step was taken with authority on Wednesday night. The Tar Heels rolled past Boston College 85-61 in their tournament opener at the Greensboro Coliseum, roaring ahead to a 27-point lead on a night when Armando Bacot went down with a left-ankle injury.
