UNC quarterback Drake Maye will return for his second season as the starter and is among the top players returning in all of college football. Maye had a fantastic 2022 campaign in his first year starting, helping the Tar Heels get off to a great start. He led all quarterbacks in the highest passing grades on passes over 20 yards, per Pro Football Focus. (Tar Heels Wire)
