Pending decisions from Armando Bacot and any additional outbound transfers, Hubert Davis has an opportunity to further transform the UNC basketball roster. Will there be another Cam Johnson or Brady Manek? The transfer portal offers lots of promise, but no guarantees. North Carolina fans of a certain vintage are not used to this sort of roster chaos.
