After bad news Wednesday morning with Puff Johnson deciding to transfer, Armando Bacot announced he is returning to UNC for his fifth season. There are now four scholarships to use towards the 2023-24 UNC basketball roster. The Tar Heels will need shooting to balance out what Bacot brings inside. Isaac Schade breaks it down.
