NFL Draft: UNC's Josh Downs praised by Steve Smith Sr., 'He will make a fool out of you'

Josh Downs landed a big stamp of approval from Carolina Panthers legend Steve Smith Sr., who says the former North Carolina wide receiver has the playmaking ability of a 'magician.' Downs is considered one of the NFL Draft's top pass catchers and is coming off a stellar junior season in which he garnered AP Second-Team All-America honors.
