UNC Basketball Rebuilding in the Transfer Portal Era

Attrition is common in college football. We've never really seen it in basketball, especially at North Carolina. But the transfer portal has been open a couple years, NIL just got started. Not that this is the new norm, but when there's going to be so much action in the portal in terms of roster building, understand this is part of the process moving forward. (Inside Carolina)
