Three Diamond Heel Alums On 2023 MLB Opening-Day Rosters

Daniel Bard, Zac Gallen, and Jacob Stallings are on Opening-Day rosters to begin the 2023 Major League Baseball season. Bard, a member of the Tar Heels' 2006 national runner-up team, is a closer for the Colorado Rockies. Gallen is the Arizona Diamondbacks' opening-day starter, and Jacob Stallings will likely start at catcher for the Miami Marlins. (GoHeels.com)
