Duke 5-star basketball commit Mackenzie Mgbako requests release from NLI


Roselle (N.J.) Catholic five-star small forward has requested a release from his National Letter of Intent with Duke. The 6-foot-8 Mgbako committed to the Blue Devils back in April, beating out Kentucky, Ohio State, and Memphis. He signed with Duke in November. He ranks as the No. 6 overall player in the 2023 basketball recruiting class. (On3.com)
