Josh Downs earns praise from former All-Pro wide receiver Steve Smith


Former UNC wide receiver is hoping to hear his name called in the first two rounds of the 2023 NFL Draft. While Downs is being as a second-round draft pick, one former All-Pro receiver had nothing but praise for his game. Former Carolina Panthers receiver and current NFL analyst Steve Smith Sr. said that Downs is the “Footwork King." (Tar Heels Wire)
