Tar Heels look for success to erase past with Virginia

When North Carolina travels to Virginia for today's ACC game, the Tar Heels won't only face a resurgent Cavaliers' team, but nearly three decades of frustration. UNC hasn't won on the Cavaliers' home field since 1981. To put that in perspective, at the time of that game Ronald Reagan was less than a year into his first term as president, was a rookie for the New York Giants and former Virginia coach George Welsh was a year away from coaching his first game with the Cavaliers.
