Carolina Classics Club Game Of The Week: UNC at Duke (3/3/2012)
Posted May 16, 2023
UNC and Duke entered the 2012 regular-season finale with matching 13-2 ACC records. For the Tar Heels, it was about more than avenging that bad loss from February 8th: an ACC title was also on the line. So too, perhaps, was a No. 1 seed in the NCAA Tournament. Historically, this was the type of game you shouldn’t bet against a Roy Williams team.
