In what has become a rite of passage for North Carolina football players, the Tar Heels suffered yet another devastating loss at Virginia on Saturday. The Cavaliers tied the score with less than a minute to play in regulation, and escaped with a 16-13 overtime victory. “I’ll tell you exactly what I told the team when we got to the locker room – that Virginia made the plays they needed to make to win the game,” Butch Davis told reporters during his postgame press conference.
