Recently, class of 2025 five-star guard Darryn Peterson discussed his recruitment with On3’s Jamie Shaw: "I got that (North Carolina) offer last session. That was a big one. They have been watching me. It was a great feeling. I see they like to play out of the screen and roll, and their big on getting their guards downhill and playing with freedom." (Keeping It Heel)
