UNC women's tennis team's energy spurred program's first NCAA title

The No. 1 North Carolina women’s tennis team won its first NCAA championship with a 4-1 victory against N.C. State on Saturday night. Fiona Crawley, Elizabeth Scotty, and Carson Tanguilig's victories in singles contributed to clinching the match. “This match was us,” coach Brian Kalbas said at the press conference. "We were tough, we were determined."
