Posted May 25, 2023
Former UNC Tar Heels’ pitcher Zac Gallen is having himself a really good start to the 2023 MLB season. As May winds down, Gallen is 6-2 with a 2.95 ERA for the Arizona Diamondbacks. Gallen is also the early favorite for the NL Cy Young Award in front of Atlanta’s Spencer Strider. The pitcher has really developed into an ace for the Diamondbacks.
