North Carolina wide receiver Tez Walker turned heads during his first offseason in Chapel Hill. The Kent State transfer jumped from No. 28 to No. 6 in 247Sports' updated transfer portal rankings. With a 95 grade, Walker is the No. 2 ranked receiver in the portal and the ACC's second-best transfer behind Florida State cornerback Fentrell Cyprus. (Inside Carolina)
