Kansas basketball commit Chris Johnson asks for release


Bill Self could potentially be down an incoming freshman from his recruiting class that ranks top ten in the country. On Saturday, top-50 senior Chris Johnson requested a release from the Jayhawks men's basketball program. A 6-foot-4 combo guard, Johnson committed to the Jayhawks in August over offers from Alabama, UConn, Ole Miss, UCLA, and others. (247 Sports)
