UNC Football Lands Two-Sport Star Timothy Lawson


A day after officially visiting UNC, 3-star tight end committed to the Tar Heels. Lawson, a 6-foot-4, 220-pounder from Fort Myers, Fla., also had official visits scheduled with TCU, Duke, and Purdue. Lawson was committed to UCF for baseball as a left-handed pitcher. But, his path was altered when he began picking up football scholarship offers. (Inside Carolina)
