UNC Basketball commit Drake Powell is among the biggest risers in the updated 247Sports 2024 basketball recruiting class rankings. The 6-foot-5 wing from Pittsboro, NC jumped from No. 18 to No. 9, affirming his 5-star status. Powell entered the rankings at No. 74 in April 2022.
