Drake Powell soars into top 10 in updated 247Sports 2024 basketball recruit rankings

UNC Basketball commit Drake Powell is among the biggest risers in the updated 247Sports 2024 basketball recruiting class rankings. The 6-foot-5 wing from Pittsboro, NC jumped from No. 18 to No. 9, affirming his 5-star status. Powell entered the rankings at No. 74 in April 2022. Powell's 2023 classmate Ian Jackson remained at No. 5 after the update. (Inside Carolina)
