Truth be told, there isn’t much to separate new No. 1 Cooper Flagg and previous No. 1 Cameron Boozer. Flagg probably boasts a higher ceiling because of his length and versatility. He's considered a Duke lean. North Carolina-based center Jayden Quaintance made one of the biggest jumps in the updated Rivals150, going from No. 35 all the way up to No. 7.
