Former Diamond Heel Danny Serretti promoted to Double-A

In his first full professional season, former UNC baseball standout Danny Serretti has been impressive for the Detroit Tigers organization. He began the season in High-A ball, posting a slash line of .284/.367/.441/.808 over 53 games played. With his strong start, the Tigers organization felt that it was time to give the New Jersey native a bigger challenge. (Keeping It Heel)
