North Carolina’s unofficial start to the 2008-09 basketball season tipped off on Friday night, as the annual “Late Night with Roy” event provided laughs and an early look at the consensus preseason favorites to cut down the nets next April at the Final Four. When Bobby Frasor stepped in front of the microphone to address the media following the UNC variety show, he did so with blood on his jersey, courtesy of an elbow to his nose from his longtime roommate, Tyler Hansbrough.
