UNC basketball reaches out to former West Virginia player James Okonkwo in transfer portal

The UNC Basketball program has three scholarships to fill for the 2023-24 college basketball season, and they likely will try to fill one of those spots through the transfer portal. Earlier in the week a report surfaced that the Tar Heels were interested in former West Virginia player James Okonkwo, who is currently in the transfer portal, and have reached out.
