West Virginia Transfer James Okonkwo Commits to UNC Basketball

James Okonkwo decided not to wait until his official visit. The 6-foot-8, 240-pound West Virginia forward announced on Thursday evening that he will transfer to UNC. "He brings size to their frontcourt," a source close to UNC said. "He provides additional post depth behind Armando Bacot and a strong defensive presence. He's also a still-developing player."
