Three-Star Safety Jalon Thompson Commits To UNC Football

UNC has added another defensive back to its 2024 recruiting class. On Friday, high-three-star safety Jalon Thompson committed to the Tar Heels. Thompson, a 6-foot, 170-pound safety from Orlando, began June with official visits to hometown UCF and then UNC during consecutive weekends. He had an official trip scheduled with Pitt, but it never occurred.
