On Jan. 17, 1979, UNC and NC State played one of the most remarkable basketball games in the history of the ACC. On the surface, it was another win for No. 2-ranked UNC, sending State to an 0-4 start in ACC play. But fans who remember this game remember it for much more. The "Dudley Bradley Game" coincided with a shift in the NC State rivalry.
