A 6-foot-8 small forward from Australia, Johnny Furphy was the talk of the NBA Global Academy event. It is sounding more and more like Furphy will make his way to the States as a member of the class of 2023. We spotted head coaches from Duke, Gonzaga, Kansas, UNC, and others taking in his games, and he confirmed visits could be set up soon.
