Video: Locked On Tar Heels - Two new basketball assistants, is a GM next? Preseason football honors

The NCAA is allowing college basketball teams to add two more in-game assistant coaches. Hubert Davis announced Pat Sullivan and Marcus Paige will assume those roles. Davis also is considering adding a General Manager but says he isn’t ready yet. And four Tar Heels were named to Pro Football Focus' preseason All-ACC first team.
