Born & Bred: UNC's Father Figure

Over the last 12 years of UNC football, there have been two head coaches, more than two dozen assistant coaches, and some 300 scholarship players. One constant has been Mitch Mason, who was hired in 2012 by Fellowship of Christian Athletes at Coach ’s behest to serve as team chaplain. His salary and benefits paid for by private donations.
