Mack Brown explains why he chose to hire new UNC offensive coordinator Chip Lindsey

Mack Brown discussed the hiring of new offensive coordinator Chip Lindsey at ACC Kickoff. Lindsey was hired to replace Phil Longo, who left Chapel Hill for a job at Wisconsin. Lindsey was brought in to run a similar version of the air-raid offense, Brown said. “When I was looking at a new guy to come in, I wanted to keep our passing game,” Brown said.
