Quarterback T.J. Yates returned to practice on a limited basis this week, North Carolina coach Butch Davis said Wednesday, but Davis said he expects Cameron Sexton to remain the starter even when Yates is healthy. “The way that Cam's playing, barring anything unforeseen, Cam would continue to be the guy,” Davis said during an ACC teleconference. Yates broke his left ankle in the Sept. 20 loss to Virginia Tech.
