Roy Williams Day slated for May 25
Posted Apr 29, 2008
Roy Williams has come a long way from the little kid in Biltmore who often didn’t have a dime for a Coke. On May 25, North Carolina’s Hall of Fame coach will be honored with Roy Williams Day, a fund-raising celebration of his life at Grove Park Inn Resort & Spa. Tickets are $100 each for a program that will include guest speakers like ex-UNC and NBA standout Brad Daugherty and former UNC Asheville head coach Jerry Green.
