is putting down roots in Chicago after signing new deal with the Bulls. The NBA point guard purchased a home on North Cleveland Avenue in a deal set to close Monday, according to a source familiar with the transaction. The 7,000-square-foot, six-bedrooms, seven-bathroom home was listed at $5.1 million. It will reportedly close at $4.8 million. (The Real Deal)
