UNC wide receiver Tez Walker, a preseason first team All-ACC honoree and member of the Biletnikoff Award watch list, has had his waiver appeal for immediate eligibility denied by the NCAA. This means Walker will not be eligible to play in 2023, though UNC is appealing the decision. Walker originally enrolled at Carolina without incident on January 9. (Chapelboro.com)
