Pre-season All-ACC and Biletnikoff Award watch list wide receiver Tez Walker had his transfer waiver appeal for immediate eligibility denied by the NCAA Tuesday. UNC is appealing the decision. Mack Brown and wide receivers coach Lonnie Galloway met with the media following practice to discuss the situation.
