James Hurst is an NFL success story. He is about to begin his 10th NFL season, a figure he readily admits felt like a pipe dream when he first began his career out of North Carolina. It’s hard enough for any player to make it a decade in professional football, but it’s harder for guys such as Hurst who have to push their way into the club from the margins.
