UNC, N.C. State among the ACC schools reportedly keeping the league from adding Cal, Stanford

North Carolina and N.C. State are reportedly two of the four schools leaving the ACC one vote short of deciding to welcome Cal and Stanford into the league. Sports Illustrated reported on Friday that only 11 of the 15 voting members favor the move, one short of the 12 needed. Also opposing the move, according to SI, are Florida State and Clemson.
