North Carolina basketball’s Blue-White scrimmage set for September 9 has been canceled due to updated NIL guidance this summer from the NCAA. The NCAA got this one wrong and should allow the event to happen. Similarly, it’s now game week for UNC Football and still no word on Tez Walker's eligibility.
