UNC Offense Preparing For Shorter Games With NCAA Rule Changes


UNC Football is gearing up for a faster paced offense in 2023, though not entirely by choice. The NCAA instituted a rule that lets the clock run after every first down this season, excluding the last two minutes of each half.
