The new edition of The Daily Tar Heel was supposed to be about the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill’s upcoming football season. Then an armed person was reported to be on campus Monday. The university went into an hours-long lockdown. The suspect was later arrested in the fatal shooting of a faculty member. "We need something impactful."
