Andrew Platek To Begin Professional Basketball Career Overseas

Former North Carolina guard Andrew Platek has signed a contract with Sabah BK Baku of the Azerbaijan Basketball League. Platek spent four seasons with the UNC basketball program (2017-2021), appearing in 127 games (11 starts) over that span. He scored 334 points as a Tar Heel. After leaving the UNC basketball program, Platek transferred to Siena.
