Tez Walker's long and winding NCAA path began when he entered the transfer portal Dec. 9, and it may finally reach its conclusion Thursday when he presents his case to the Division I Committee for Legislative Relief in a videoconference call. What seemed like a simple transfer waiver application has proven to be a complicated procedural process.
