Tez Walker Remains Ineligible After NCAA Appeal

North Carolina transfer wide receiver Tez Walker remains ineligible to play this football season for the Tar Heels, after the NCAA conducted another hearing and ruled again on his transfer status. Walker spoke in front of a panel Thursday by way of a videoconference call to present his case once more in what has become a months-long ordeal. (Inside Carolina)
