Jay Bilas sounds off on NCAA's ruling on Tez Walker case: 'It's shameful'


Jay Bilas is not happy with the NCAA after the organization denied North Carolina wide receiver eligibility for 2023. Bilas took to social media to share his frustrations on Friday. After all that Walker has gone through to get to North Carolina, the NCAA struck down his appeal on Thursday. Bilas called the move “senseless” and "shameful." (Saturday Road)
