Suspect arrested by Chapel Hill Police Department in connection to second UNC lockdown


Chapel Hill Police have arrested a suspect after the UNC community sheltered in place on Wednesday for the second time in a month regarding an "armed and dangerous person on campus." Around 2:45 p.m., CHPD arrested Mickel Deonte Harris, 27, of Durham, in the 300 block of Formosa Lane more than 30 minutes after UNC issued the all-clear. (Daily Tar Heel)
